Start with welcome drinks for guests at our Courtyard, then usher guests for an intimate ROM ceremony at our Floral Studio and celebrate with dinner, speeches and dancing at our Event Gallery.

Ida’s can accommodate 120 seated or 200 standing guests within our largest space, the Event Gallery. The alfresco Courtyard can accommodate 30 seated or 80 standing guests without furniture, and our Floral Studio can accommodate 20 seated or 50 standing guests. The Courtyard and Floral Studio are spaces for smaller gatherings such as tea ceremonies, pre-wedding cocktails that may be required for your big day.

Yes there is no additional charge to bring in your own external catering or external bar. If you’d like a list of our own preferred vendor list, let us know and we can put you in touch with the relevant teams.

Yes. Floral styling can be arranged through our sister brand, Charlotte Puxley Flowers, that offers bridal hand-tied bouquets to artful installations (our signature draping and candlelight installation), designed perfectly to complement our event space.

By picking Ida’s as your wedding venue, we will provide access to the relevant spaces you’ve booked for, including Ida’s furniture inventory, table runners & table cloths, on-ground service (a dedicated manager) as well as a dedicated cleaner on your event day. Additional services such as catering, floral styling, entertainment and event production can be arranged separately with the vendors directly.

Yes. The Courtyard provides an outdoor alfresco setting (with adjustable awnings in case of wet weather considerations), while the Event Gallery and Floral Studio offer air-conditioned indoor spaces. Couples can combine the spaces to create a wedding that weaves naturally through the spaces throughout the day.

We recommend starting this process as early as possible, particularly for popular wedding dates. Our team will be able to advise if the date(s) you are looking at is available, and thereafter we will arrange for a site visit for you to come down to see our spaces.
